HIV Peer Support Service
FRONTLINE HIV Forum in association with The Chelsea and Westminster HIV Directorate & Positively UK are re-launching the in-house peer support service for our patients. The new service started in January 2015, all of the peer support team are trained to certificated OCNLR Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring (QCF).
At times, especially if you have been recently diagnosed with HIV, it can be good to talk to someone else who is living well with HIV.
The peer support volunteers support others who are living with HIV and can often answer some of the non-medical questions we have all had at times. The team can also help guide you to other services that you may need or make referrals to other support services.
If you would like to see one of the peer support team please talk to a member of staff or please contact Paul Decle.
